Booking and Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY

Please note that as of 1st May 2018 all first time clients will be asked for a deposit of half the value of treatment.

This fee is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 24hrs before your appointment time.

If cancelling less than 24hrs before your appointment this fee is non-refundable.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know that life can sometimes be a little unpredictable but at least 24 hours notice is requested if you need to change or cancel your appointment to avoid charges.

Cancellations within 12-24 hours of your booking will incur a charge of 50% of the full treatment value which will be added to a future booking.

ALL MISSED APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS ON THE DAY WILL BE CHARGED FOR IN FULL

This can be paid immediately or will be added to a future booking
